Dr. Julius "Boo" Hornstein has spent his entire life in the historic area of Savannah and as a child regularly played among the wisteria and azaleas of Forsyth Park where Jumbo Barrett hit his prodigious home run. He has immersed himself in the legends and colorful characters of one of America's classic cities. A practicing psychotherapist, he is also retired Assistant Professor Emeritus of Social Sciences at Saint Leo University, where he continues to teach part-time.
