Horner, Patrick

Patrick Horner, born May 23, 1934, in Johnson County, Missouri, is a long-time lawyer and judge. He was educated at Central Missouri State College (now the University of Central Missouri) at Warrensburg, Missouri and the University of Missouri - Columbia Law School (LLB 1959). He practiced law as a solo general practitioner for ten years until his appointment as a member of the judiciary of the State of Missouri in December 1973.
