Horne, Andy

Andy Horne, a former Texas federal and state prosecutor and defense attorney specialized in fraud schemes and banking crimes. He interrupted his prosecution career to serve as a U.S. Navy Swift Boat officer in Vietnam's Mekong Delta. Later he served as an Assistant Attorney General for a Pacific island government. He now lives with his wife in Galveston, Texas.
