Aaron L. Horn Dr. Aaron L. Horn was born and raised as a young child in San Francisco's Bayview-Hunters Point neighborhood. Although he moved away from Bayview as a young child, he has claimed Bayview because of his family of origin and love for his community. Dr. Horn began his career as an educator in the 1990's as a Program Coordinator for a non-profit agency called San Francisco Educational Services, previously located in the Bayview.
