Basketball Obsession was created from stories told to the author's teenage children. It's an easy read, suitable for young adults or a wider audience and especially those hooked on basketball. A former teacher and basketball coach, Ken Horlor went on to found a successful business involved in quarrying and equipment sales and rental. He's an avid reader and likes all good books. His current fantasy is owning a classic library with its own spiral staircase and mahogany finish. He is married with three children and lives in Christchurch, New Zealand.
