Hi. I'm Karen Hopkins. I grew up in Martinez, California, and at the age of seventeen I moved to Chile. After completing a university degree I worked for Pan American Airlines. Based in London, England I had the wonderful opportunity to travel in Europe, the Middle East, India, and South America. Later I taught Spanish and English in among other places: a private school in Panama, at the "most remote school in the United States" in Ticaboo, Utah, Westminster College in Salt Lake City, out on the Navajo Reservation, as an exchange teacher in Hermosillo, Mexico, at an inner city high school, and...
