About the Author Eric Holmes was born in Monrovia, California and has been interested in storytelling from an early age. He is the author of Logan and the Rumbly, Grumbly Sky, Nick's Day at the Beach, The Magical Toy Box, Logan Learns Kindness and the soon-to-be-published Hip, HIPPO, Hooray! and the upcoming PORTALS Adventure Series.
