Hollander, Nicole

Nicole Hollander (b. 1939) is the creator of the syndicated newspaper comic strip Sylvia, which has been published in 19 collections and has been the source material for several musicals. She teaches at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and won a Joseph Jefferson Award, a Wonder Woman Foundation Award, and Yale's Chubb Fellowship for Public Service.
