J. B. Hogan is an Arkansas historian who grew up living and breathing baseball. He played infield in Little League, Babe Ruth League, high school, and one year at Imperial Valley Junior College in California. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Fayetteville Historic District Commission and President of the Washington County Histor-ical Society.
