Hoel, Unni L.

Unni Lise Hoel, a naturalized American citizen, educated in Norway, was born into the world of music and has devoted the better part of her life to her love for music, the arts and literature. When she writes, music becomes a vital part of the story.

She has traveled extensively in Europe, listened to the best of sounds in many concert-halls and always sought beauty in the outdoors. She is a painter and has exhibited and sold her work on two continents. She lives with her husband in Marblehead, Massachusetts.

Unni is the author of two previous novels, Overtones and Absolute Pitch.
