Robert Hodam has served as a US Army Captain, a fry cook in Disneyland, an aerospace engineer, a bartender at Harrah's Club Lake Tahoe, an oil field roustabout, and an alternate energy consultant to the World Bank, the United Nations, Asian Development Bank, the US Agency for International Development, Standard Oil, the US Congress, the Tasmanian Wilderness Society, and others.
