SOLOMON HOBERMAN is a Management Consultant and former Chairman of the Civil Service Commission and Director of Training for New York City. He is the author (with Sidney Mailick) of "Experiential Management Development: From Learning to Practice" (Quorum Books, 1992) and "The Practice of Management Development" (Praeger, 1988).
