Dr. Mark Hinkes, is the Chief of Podiatric Medicine at the Tennesse Valley Healthcare Sytem Hospital in Nashville, TN. He is Board Certified in Podiatric Surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and Wound Care by the American Professional Wound Care Association.
