Hibbard, Thomas

Thomas Hibbard is a Military Veteran who has a BA from the University of California, Riverside, completed graduate work in the field of education, and received a Masters of Public Health from Loma Linda University, CA. For 18 years he was a deputy to a member of the LA County Board of Supervisors. Here he worked with county departments on budgets, functions, and organization.
