J. G. Herrera wanted to write since he was little and for over 50 years has honed his craft in two languages, English and Spanish, writing poetry, short stories and novellas. He has won an international poetry award and a flash fiction "throwdown." He is married and lives with his wife and seven of their ten children. Drought, Rain is the first in a series of novellas about the adventures of young heroes who have a positive impact in their world and in the lives of many through self-giving and virtue in spite of adversity.
