Hendrix, Shelle

Shelle Hendrix traces her interest in crochet to 1972, when she wanted to make a blanket for her first child and asked her mother-in-law to teach her. These days, she enjoys crocheting an eclectic mix of casual, fun items for family, pets, and dolls. Four grandchildren and a houseful of pets keep Shelle hopping, but the Indiana resident also teaches guitar and piano and works part-time as an activities leader and driver at a nursing home.
