Award-winning poet David Henderson’ s previous books of poetry are "Felix of the Silent Forest," "De Mayor of Harlem," and "The Low East," He received a grant from the California Acts Council in 1002 for “ New Genre” writing and poetry, and has recorded a selection of his poetry for the permanent archive of the Library of Congress.
