Hen-Tov, Jacob

Jacob Hen-Tov was professor of Eurasian studies (history and government) at the George C. Marshall Center for Security Studies in Garmisch-Partenkirchen for the Department of Defense, as well as a faculty member at the University of Maryland (European division). He is the author of numerous scholarly articles and book reviews dealing with Russian foreign policy towards the Middle East.
