Hemmer, Sandy Bates

I SPY A DONKEY is Sandy Bates Hemmer's first children's book. As an artist, grandmother, and retired teacher, this book reflects all three passions. Sandy is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and currently resides in Brevard, NC, and Orlando, FL. She is married and has two children and five grandchildren.
