Hawkins, Robert M.

Hawkins retired from the government in 1995. He was in the National Guard for 8 years, then the Air National Guard for another 8 years. He was out of federal government service for 17 years, then went to Bangor, WA and worked on Trident submarines as an Electronic Systems Repair Mechanic.
