Dr. Tim M. Havard has over 30 years of experience in real estate development, investment, and appraisal gained from both practice and academia. He has worked in the UK, Australia, and the Middle East. He has taught at UTS, Sydney, Australia; and UMIST and Oxford Brooks University in the UK.
