I was born in Bradford in West Yorkshire in 1939. I served an apprenticeship as a Draughtsman/Estimator, and spent two years in Australia and twenty eight years in South Africa, returning to England in 2010 when I retired. My wife Elena and I live in the small town of Desborough in Northamptonshire. I wrote my first book in 2012 called Jam Tomorrer which is the story of my life, at her prompting, and I have written ten stories for children, and eight novels, this one 'Life's a Bitch and Then You Die is my ninth.
