Dawn Rose resides in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. She is the mother of eleven children and the grandmother of fifteen. Dawn and her husband are the adoptive parents of seven African-American children. Dawn is an accomplished seamstress, plays the guitar, sings, and makes and sells look-a-like dolls of children all over the world. Dawn worked as an early childhood coordinator for Save the Children for the Early Steps to School Success program. She has been writing poetry all her life; most recently finding pleasure in the whimsical characters that have come to life in her children's poetry....
