Hartigan, Richard Shelly

Richard Shelly Hartigan has lectured and taught at universities in the United States and Europe, including Georgetown University and Loyola University of Chicago. He has also been an associate of the Center for Biopolitical Research at Northern Illinois University and a founding member of the Association for Politics and the Life Sciences. Some of his works include Lieber's Code and the Law of War and Biology, Politics and Man.
