Hart, Michael H.

Hart holds an AB from Cornell, an LLB from New York Law School, an MS in physics from Adelphi University, and a PhD in astronomy from Princeton University. He is senior staff scientist with the Systems and applied Sciences Corp. in Riverdale, Maryland.
