Roberta F. Harrison seemed too formal a fit, which is why she goes by "Bobbie" - a perfect choice after she migrated from her native New York City and settled in The South. In high school, she edited the school newspaper. In college, she edited a humor magazine. Past career choices included social work, counseling and teaching in middle school, high school and at the university level.
