Harrell, Loy S., Jr.

Loy S. Harrell Jr. is the president of the Vermont Decoy Collectors Association and has been a decoy collector for 25 years. He is the author of "Decoys of Lake Champlain" and "Decoy: North America's One Hundred Greatest" and a contributor to "The Great Book of Wild Fowl Decoys," He lives in Hinesburg, Vermont.
