Harper, Raymond L.

Historian and author Raymond L. Harper is a graduate of the College of William and Mary, Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, Old Dominion University, and Weber State University. He is a veteran of World War II, having served the United States Navy in the Pacific Theater. He retired from federal service in 1988 after more than thirty-two years.
