Catherine E. Harnois is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Sociology at Wake Forest University, where she teaches courses on social inequality and research methods. Her research focuses on multiracial feminist theories and how they can inform how we think about the social world. Some of her recent publications include Gendered Measures, Gendered Models: Toward an Intersectional Analysis of Racial Discrimination (with Mosi Ifatunji, 2011) and Re-presenting Feminisms: Past, Present & Future (2008). She lives in Winston-Salem, NC.
