Harley, Rod

Rod Harley is a native of St. Thomas, Virgin Islands. He is a graduate of the University of Central Florida and has earned several degrees including a BS, MS, and PhD. He has spent the last 20 plus years as a counseling professional, researcher, and college professor. "Love Won't Let Me Wait" is his first novel.
