Christina Harlan teaches in the School of Nursing at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Her teaching and clinical experience is in global public health. Chris has worked as a public health nurse in Latin America and the Caribbean as well as in multi-ethnic, multi-lingual, rural and urban communities in the United States. She is a lifelong learner of languages with primary proficiency in Spanish. Ms. Harlan is the co-author of several Spanish language and culture publications.
