Zev Harel, PhD, is Professor and former Chair of the Department of Social Work at Cleveland State University. He was the founding Director of the CSU Gerontological Studies Program. He has conducted research and written extensively on extreme stress and aging, ethnicity and aging, and vulnerable older populations.
