Haq, Mahbub UL

Haq is President of the Human Development Centre in Islamabad, Pakistan. He has been Chief Economist of the Pakistan Planning Commission, Director of the World Bank's Policy Planning Department, Planning and Finance Minister of Pakistan and Special Adviser to the Administrator of the United Nations Development Programme. He has also served as an Eminent Adviser to the Brandt Commission, as a Governor of the IMF and as a Governor of the World Bank.
