Hanji, Pahn

The author Hon K. Poon, MD, FACS is a retired general surgeon. "Pahn Hanji" is his pseudonym for publishing. Born in Hong Kong in 1946, Dr. Poon received his surgical education in the United States and practiced as a general surgeon for thirty years in the mid south of America before retiring to a career of creative writing. He now lives in Las Vegas. Because of his ethnic background, he is knowledgeable enough in modern Chinese history to make this book an intriguing fiction overlaid on a true historical event.
