Paul J. Hanges is Professor, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, of the Department of Psychology at the University of Maryland. He is also an affiliate of the University of Maryland s R. H. Smith School of Business and the Zicklin School of Business (Baruch College). He is on the board of directors of OBA Bank.
