Hamilton, Jim

Born in Glasgow in 1957, I attended Possilpark Secondary School. On leaving, I joined the Royal Navy and served in the Fleet Air Arm. I left as a Lieutenant after 21 years, during which time I served in many parts of the world. Thereafter, I took a string of engineering jobs in the private sector, before moving to the Middle East, where I worked for 11 years. I currently live in a small town close to Alicante in Spain, concentrating on writing.
