Halpern, David

Halpern has exhibited work reguarly in galleries and museums for over 30 years. He served 11 times as a national park artist-in-residence, and has photography included in numerous public and private collections, including that of the National Park Service. His book credits include two award-winning editions of Tulsa Art Deco.
