Hallstrom, Lauren

Author Lauren Hallstrom was 15 when she wrote Dreamweaver during NaNoWriMo, a nationwide challenge to write a novel in 30 days. Her novel won Douglas County Libraries' NaNoWriMo contest and was chosen to be sponsored for publication. Lauren lives in Parker, Colorado with her parents, three younger brothers, and a hyper cat. When she's not homeschooling or volunteering at the library, she spends her time reading voraciously, writing poetry, and dreaming up new stories.
