Donna Hall was born in Los Angeles, California where her father owned an aircraft parts manufacturing plant. She later moved to Northwest Arkansas and lived on a farm with lots of different animals for her friends. She graduated from the public schools and attended the University of Arkansas, majoring in the Arts. After raising two children, Donna decided to go back to school in 2002. She attended the Brookhaven College in Dallas, majoring in Art History. There she has received multiple awards in her oil paintings.
