Jan's career experience includes four years as a legal assistant, sixteen years in health care, and eight years in telecommunications. She enjoys creative writing, photography, and genealogy. Many of her short stories and articles have been published in newsletters and magazines in the Pacific Northwest. She lives in Lakewood, Washington with her husband David, a retired high school principal. A self-taught entrepreneur, Janet's passion for antiques, drives her to search and collect treasures from the past.
