Hale, James

An Ottawa native, James Hale is a winter, editor and broadcaster with a keen interest in urban life around the world. he divides his time between providing communications counsel to government and corporate clients and writing about jazz for publications that include DownBeat and Coda. He is the co-author of The Billboard Illustrated Encyclopedia of Jazz & Blues.
