Haggerty, Frank

Frank Haggerty is an award winning photographer and juried artist in multiple media. He is a United States Air Force and Vietnam War veteran who holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from Rider University. WITH STRINGS ATTACHED is his first novel. He lives with his wife in New Jersey where he is working on his second novel and learning to play the piano.
