Hagan, Dorothy Smith

Hagan was born in Pennsylvania, but has lived in Houston since 1966. She received a BA in the Humanities from the University of Houston. A former merchant seaman, her background includes working on U.S. Congressional and Senatorial campaigns. She is currently at home writing and rearing children.
