Dee Andolpho Shockley hails from Middletown, New Jersey. She has a BA from The Catholic University of America in Washington D.C. and an MS from The London School of Economics. She began her career at the United Nations (UN) in New York and spent 3 years on assignment in Zagreb, Croatia on UN Peacekeeping Mission. She later joined the International Rescue Committee (IRC) as a Fund Raiser in their San Francisco and New York offices.
