Gyang, Oteng

Dr. Oteng Gyang holds doctorate degrees in Biotechnology / Food processing engineering as well as in Optometry from the French Universities of Montepllier/ Toulouse and New England College, Boston, USA respectively. He has taught at many universities and conducted scientific research in several international universities and research laboratories. He currently practices as a Senior Consultant for the Health and Biotechnology/Food Processing Industries.
