David Gutmann (Paris, 1950) is a graduate of the Institute of Political Studies in Paris, with a Master in Public Law and an MSc in Political Sciences. His mentor is Maurice Duverger but he is also a disciple of Wilfred Bion. He is currently the CEO for Praxis International (Conseillers de Synthese/ Advisers in Leadership), a company that he founded with Jacqueline Ternier-David in 1989.
