Fred Gustafson, is a senior analyst with the Chicago Society of Jungian Analysts and a graduate of the C.G. Jung Institute of Zurich. He is a clergy member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America with a private practice in analytical psychology and pastoral counseling. Since 1984, he has been active in the ceremonial life and culture of the Sioux Reservation of South Dakota. Gustafson's previous books include The Black Madonna and Dancing between Two Worlds: Jung and the Native American Spirit.
