Gung-Wu, Wang

Wang Gung-Wu is former Vice-Chancellor of the University of Hong Kong, Distinguished Senior Fellow at the Institute of Southeast Asian Studies (Singapore), Emeritus Professor of the Australian National University and the Director of the East Asian Institute at the National University of Singapore. A noted authority on Chinese history and civilization, he has written or edited more than 20 books dealing with Asia, particularly China.
