Biksham Gujja is the author of "Interlinking Rivers in India "and a policy advisor of the global freshwater program at WWF International in Gland, Switzerland. Ramakrishna Sangem  is a freelance journalist and former chief reporter of "The Indian Express," Vinod Goud is the project coordinator of WWF International’ s ICRISAT project, "Dialogue on Water, Food and Environment.” Sivaramakrishna is the head of the non-governmental organization SAKTI, an environmental activist group working in Andhra Pradesh.
