Guevara Mann, Carlos

Guevara Mann was born in Panama. As a Fulbright scholar he completed graduate work at the Ohio University Center for International Studies. He is a recipient of a Project Latin America 2000 Fellowship, and is pursuing a PhD in government and international studies at the University of Notre Dame.
